Nicole Talev, Esq

Attorney Nicole E. Talev was born and raised in Syracuse, NY. She attended Syracuse University as an undergraduate and earned her law degree from the University At Buffalo Law School in 2009. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in February 2010 and the Federal Courts of the United States in 2011. Nicole is a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association and the Central New York Bankruptcy Bar Assocation. Nicole began her legal career in Buffalo, NY where she practiced in the areas of immigration law, foreclosure defense and family law. Upon relocating back to Syracuse, Nicole worked for over 4 years at the Frank H. Hiscock Legal Aid Society, representing clients in family court, matrimonial actions, landlord tenant court and representing clients seeking unemployment insurance benefits. Now, Nicole has started her own practice specializing in Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Wills and Estates.

Tracy L. Graham

Tracy L. Graham has worked as a bankruptcy paralegal for 20 years, including many years with attorney Peter N. Talev. She is very knowledgeable of bankruptcy laws and the preparation of bankruptcy petitions, including the required documentation. She has a good working relationship with the bankruptcy trustees and court clerks as a result of working on thousands of bankruptcy cases. Patricia J. Reilly

Patricia J. Reilly is a paralegal working on residential and commercial real estate transactions and trusts and estates. She has built a wealth of knowledge, working for over 42 years with sellers and buyers, real estate agents and lenders. She is very capable to handle your real estate and trusts and estates matters. She was previously employed by a large law firm in Syracuse when she decided to retire. It took only a short time for Pat to realize that she missed her work as a paralegal, which led to her return to work as a paralegal for attorney Peter N. Talev and now for Nicole E. Talev.
