Attorney Nicole E. Talev was born and raised in Syracuse, NY. She attended Syracuse University as an undergraduate and earned her law degree from the University At Buffalo Law School in 2009. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in February 2010 and the Federal Courts of the United States in 2011. Nicole is a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association and the Central New York Bankruptcy Bar Assocation. Nicole began her legal career in Buffalo, NY where she practiced in the areas of immigration law, foreclosure defense and family law. Upon relocating back to Syracuse, Nicole worked for over 4 years at the Frank H. Hiscock Legal Aid Society, representing clients in family court, matrimonial actions, landlord tenant court and representing clients seeking unemployment insurance benefits. Now, Nicole has started her own practice specializing in Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Wills and Estates.
